Cities are big places, but life is lived within micro-pockets. Are you interested in working with mature folks? Kids? Families? Do you want to build a niche in a specialty, such as sports? When you’re looking at a new city where you have few (or no) existing relationships, research is your friend. Some great sources for information are realtors, chambers of commerce, business groups, and city governments.
